Rays and Spring Pebbles

Hi All

This morning I woke up and decided today was the day to use the
Rays embossing folder by Tim Holtz from Sizzix.
I initially thought of keeping it simple with minimal colour by just
having flowers on the bottom and white card embossed…..
But then as always I couldn’t help myself and had to keep adding.

rays and spring pebble ground

As mentioned the suns rays are embossed with the Rays
embossing folder from the textured fades collection by Tim Holtz and Sizzix.
I then used spiced marmalade and squeezed lemonade distress ink to colour.

I wanted the ground to be super simple so I used the Spring Pebble Ground
red rubber stamp from Make it Crafty. The red rubber stamps have amazing detail
and I love that they are not mounted as I get an even impression each time.
(I don’t use mounting foam for the Make It Crafty stamps
as I find Tsukinekos tack n peel works perfectly for me)

Colouring of the stamped image is as always done with Promarkers.
The sentiment is from Anna Griffins 3D titles Jolie Collection.
Lastly, I have mounted on Ionised card as a border to finish the card off

  Happy creating!!
