Well it has been a while but I am back.

Today I am inside with my air-conditioner cranking in an attempt to be comfortable in this heatwave. My beautiful puppy dog Bella is constantly going from tile to tile finding cool spots to lay down on.

First things First ….

Sorry for the absence but I have been super busy with my ‘proper’ day time job and the bushfires down south in Waroona and Yarloop. My heart goes out to the poor people who lost loved ones and property in the fires.

Things have settled back now so I can get my colouring on again!

Today I thought I should make my beautiful girlfriend a birthday card rather than be lazy and lay in front of the TV. I ‘hummed and harr’d’ about what stamp to use for this card but in the end went with the ever faithful and hilarious Art Impressions collection.

Card using Celeste from Art Impressions

Celeste is one of my absolute favourites. She can be used for so many themes and is perfect for a girlfriend card.

As always I have coloured with Promarkers. Inside and out, I used Primary Indigo embossing powder for the sentiments and then finished by layering card on card on card. The inside sentiment is from My Sentiments Exactly.
